I worked as a general manager for the Texas City location and caught a first hand experience of all of this. FIT GROUP, TX is located in Georgetown, Big Spring, Marble Falls, Sweetwater, Texas City, and Gatesville, and sets a perfect example of how the wrong upper management team will disrespect, manipulate, and even cheat their employees. There are franchise groups, however, that do not represent the same standards set by the corporate vision. Anytime Fitness is a great company to look into, especially as an investor.
